Kate Knapp has been showing Pinto Horses for 7 years.  She started in 1997 riding Novice Amateur Walk-Trot with Gatemaster  and has been in the saddle and show ring, since.  After 3 years, an Amateur Championship and many other awards with Gatemaster, Kate took the reins of Sam Dee Elliot.  As a team in 2001, Kate and Sam earned an Amateur Championship and many other awards.  In 2002, Kate leased and showed a young overo gelding named Sonny Sierra Sky.  Kate and "Tommy" had an awesome 2002, so they  teamed up again in 2003 to finish their "work".  Kate is looking forward to 2004 and her first full year showing her OWN horse, Eyed B Christofer Robin.  "Robbie" is the first son out of Gatemaster.  In 2004, Kate will have shown NPtHA for 7 years and will have come full circle from mother to son, in her equine partners.
